The Great Musical Launch of the Second Creature Book

Creatures Give Advice Agian and it's warmer now was out on 21 June.

It's all about summer. It was my way of keeping a bit of the summer, so really it's a lot like jam. Also it has an index, that's sort of like a poem, even though it is also an index.

It was launched on 31 August, amid much merriment. The good people of Twitter contributed the music:

Next came this piece from Sarah Allen Reed (@SarahAllenReed)  . It's not for the faint-hearted, but Creatures are brave (there used to be secret concerts in the Thicket that they used to sneak into, back when humans came in and out.

Oh it was a great launch (if only somewhat melancholy because summer was ending and stuff), and there was great food. I mean truly great pies, provided by fabuluos people: truly great pies, provided by fabulous people

Road not-taken

We have received the following question from  a rambling collective   @ zerofracks   'Do I take the road less travelled or the highway, and what will happen if I stray from the path?' 'Just so you know, those who judge you from above, or pop up out on the path in front of you, or even those who carry heavy loads in many directions, know very little of the nature of roads, or dragons' Note: a rambling collective was one of the people who did not make it into the first book .  It is now part of the second book, due to be published on 21 June 2019.  Another note: If you'd like a special doodle in answer to your question, and don't want to wait until the next round, you can order one from the creatures.
